Terms of Service

By creating a Manova account, accessing the Manova website, or using any Manova service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Manova is a software-as-a-service product that reads data from Google Search Console and other integrated tools on your behalf, analyzes it, and surfaces SEO opportunities and recommendations. Manova is not an SEO consulting service — you are responsible for evaluating and applying our suggestions.

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@manova.pro if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract Manova's source code.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service.
• Generate abusive request rates or attempt to disrupt the service or the services Manova integrates with.
• Use the service to violate any applicable law.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• Price changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access until then.
• Refunds are not offered on any plan, monthly or annual. Cancel anytime and your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you and retry the charge. A 2-day grace period applies before access to the service is suspended.

• Trials run for 7 days from account creation.
• A valid credit card is required to start a trial.
• Trials convert automatically to a paid subscription on day 8. Cancel before day 7 to avoid being charged.
• During the trial, AI-drafted suggestions are capped at 20 generations per day. The cap is removed when the trial converts to a paid subscription.

• Manova owns the software, brand, UI, and underlying models and prompts.
• You own your data — the Search Console data, notes, and any content you create or import into Manova.
• You grant Manova a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

Manova relies on the following third-party services:

• Google (Search Console, Analytics, Trends, PageSpeed)
• Anthropic (Claude API)
• OpenAI (embeddings)
• Supabase (database and auth)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Stripe (payments)
• Trigger.dev (background jobs)

Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them via Manova.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

• You can cancel from your account settings.
• Manova may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy.
• After termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Manova does not guarantee any specific SEO outcome — rankings, traffic, revenue, or otherwise. SEO results depend on many factors outside Manova's control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manova's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Manova in the 12 months preceding the claim. Manova is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Manova harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta, in English, under the applicable arbitration rules of Alberta.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
