Questions about paying us.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, anytime, from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens after the trial?
Your trial runs for 7 days. On day 8, your card is charged for the plan you selected. Cancel before day 7 and you won't be charged.
Do you offer refunds?
No — we don't offer refunds on any plan, monthly or annual. Cancel anytime and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Invoicing is available on Studio plans by request.
